By using the services provided by Smartdigitalidea (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds for completed jobs. Once a project is completed and delivered to your satisfaction, it is considered final. Any concerns or issues with the completed work should be addressed during the revision process outlined in our project agreement.
2. Content Creation:
a. AI-Generated Content: We reserve the right to use AI technology for content creation unless otherwise specified by the client. If you prefer content written by a professional writer, an additional fee may apply.
b. Client-Provided Content: Clients have the option to provide their own content. However, we reserve the right to review and ensure that the provided content meets our quality standards and is suitable for integration into the project.
b. Custom Design: Our designs are custom-made based on our creative ideas. While we strive to create unique designs, in some cases, we may use templates. It’s important to note that any templates used are not commonly employed and are adapted to meet the specific needs of your project.
4. Project Ownership:
Upon completion of the project and full payment received, the client owns the rights to the final product. Any preliminary work, concepts, or drafts remain the intellectual property of Smartdigitalidea.
5. Confidentiality:
We respect the confidentiality of your project details and any proprietary information provided. We do not disclose or share your project information with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Revision Policy:
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.
7. Communication:
Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely communication throughout the project. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
